We are committed to providing all utilities to the lot line of park tenants. These will include water Consolidated Public Water District #1 with a pressure and flow rate sufficient for fire protection in the City of Columbia, electricity from Boone Electric Cooperative that will have a redundant source of supply, natural gas from Ameren UE at a pressure and flow rate for commercial use, and telecommunications from the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ providing high capacity broadband voice, data, and video transmissions possibly including access to Internet2.
