Executive Guideline No. 13, October 31, 1977.

1. Affirmative Action -- As a part of the implementation of the Affirmative Action Plan of the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ of Missouri, any person appointing any committee for the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ or any campus, in selecting the membership, shall give due consideration to the inclusion in such membership of women and minorities unless membership thereon is ex-officio.
