1. Articles Approved -- The proposed Articles of Incorporation under the General not-for-profit corporation act for the incorporation of the Freedom of Information Foundation this day submitted to the Board of Curators are hereby approved.
2. Administration -- The Board of Curators authorizes the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ, through the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer, to act as fiscal and investment agent under established ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ policy and procedure for the Freedom of Information Foundation; the Board of Curators authorizes Counsel to represent the Foundation; the President is authorized to consult and advise with the Foundation and its officers with reference to the details of the accomplishment of the purposes of the Foundation.
